I just tried it with Sound Forge 6.0b and Timeworks 4080L and Reverb-X. TC Native Verb. Cakewalk FX3 Sound Stage. I been asking Waves for this same feature on TrueVerb and Rverb You can run them in Vegas and Acid realtime and it will give you a reverb/delay tail when you mixdown. I hope this helps George Ware |

"I just tried it with Sound Forge 6.0b and Timeworks 4080L and Reverb-X. TC Native Verb. Cakewalk FX3 Sound Stage. I do a lot of ambient work and am always in search of a DX verb with these qualities. Masterarts MasterVerb comes fairly close but its still not it. I know this is fairly subjective, but I'd like some input from you and others. Thanks, drbam |

I still do use the Lexicons and Eventides but not as much anymore. As far as software? what ever works for the track. I use the Waves stuff because I still use ProTools and Vegas so a lot of the patches other people bring in I can save them and use them in anything Vegas,Acid,Sound Forge and Sonar, I still use the Sonic Foundry stuff alot too. I'm really diggin the new Lexicon PSP42 its a cool delay unit and I can automate them in Acid 4. I'm hoping Sonic Foundry add these features to Vegas 4.0. Do you have a link to MasterVerb? I've heard really good thing about it but never got around to trying it out. George |

I'm pretty sure it does, then again I always have a few seconds of silence tacked onto the end of each file to make editing easier - try that. I also like the multitap echo feature but it takes a lot of experimentation to get what you want. FWIW Lyle |

The site for the Masterverb is: www.wavearts.com The demo is full functioning so you can test it in the real world. ;-) They just came out with the "Track Plug" that looks great. I just downloaded the demo and will be experimenting with it in the next few days. Thanks! drbam |

SF's Acoustic Mirror extends the files automaticly and sounds pretty damn good. The Anwida reverb "Lite" edition is decent sounding and free. The full edition must be even better. -- If you need to insert silence , it's under the <Process> menu. |

You might try the reverb from these guys too...www.thelotron.com. I tend to bash reverb plugs pretty bad (except Acoustic Mirror) but this one is worth a listen. It's pretty heavy on the cpu, but I generally don't like running alot of realtime stuff anyway so I normally tweak till it's what I want to hear then process a 100% wet file and lay underneath the original. Then you just use the track volumes to blend the wet\dry mix. BTW, this reverb plug only comes in a 14 plugin pack, but for the 99.00 they are asking for the whole thing, and considering that they sound good as well as being useful, you can't lose. kilroy |

move cursor to the end of the file, select process, insert silence, and put in how much you need! RiRo |
