Subject:FruityLoops and Acid Pro3

Does anyone knows how to sync Fruity Loops with Acid Pro3? I search this on the forum, but I can not get it to work for me. I downloaded Midi Yoke and the midi Router. Both Fruity and Acid seem to be a master and not a slave. It really would be nice it someone could help me get both application to work together. I tried all day with no luck at all. The manual said that it could be done.

Any help would be appriciated.

After hours of hard work, I got the two applications to work. Fruity will be a slave and Acid would not.

Just a note that ACID Pro 3 likes to be the master in any MIDI sync situation, especially if there are tempo changes in the ACID project.

I now know how to sync Fruity with Acid, but when I play from any measure of a song in Acid, Fruity always start from the beginning and only from the beginning.

Does anyone know how to make Fruity Loops start anywhere in a song with Acids? I hope this make sence.

I believe the answer at present is that it can't, which has disappointed many people (including me). SoFo are talking to Fruity and it should be fixed in a revision.

so how did you sync fruity loops and acid 3. I have FL2 and 3, so either on is good for you to let me know how to sync. Did you use setting? An external syncing program? I'm still just learning, so if anyone knows, please use small easy words. Thanks.

1.You have to download midi yoke.
2.Go to preference into Acid and click sync. Set midi yoke to generate midi clock.
3.Go to option from Acid and select timecode. Click generate midi clock.
4.Go to Fruity Loops option menu and click midi setting. Select midi yoke under remote controle input.
Acid will be the Master and Fruity will be slave.

Does this also work with Acid Pro 4 and Fruity Loops 3.4.0?
