Acid 3.0 Gives Error on Start-up -ACID Product Family

Since I did this upgrade, Acid 3.x opens with an error that says something like "acid experienced an unknown error while loading". I close the message box and all runs well. May be related: Logic Audio now hangs when I close it, and I have to use Task Manger to turn it off. I currently have all hardrives on this computer set to FAT 32 since it is networked to a Win98 computer that I plan on using to run GigaStudio. I want to switch over to NTFS to overcome the 20 second record delay when using Logic, but I am not sure if this will work when networked to a Win 98 machine. Currently all of the Giga instruments are on the XP machine, and I didn't want to make separate copies for both machines (Fat32 and NTFS versions). As you may be able to tell, I don't know squat about Fat32 vs. NTFS.
