Subject:wont install

2hrs download, great! done. unpacked files, wont install!! windows ihnstaller cannot be accessed. aahhh! anyone else had this problem? anyone help please?

yeah on my windows 2000 PC it says something about can't access "temp" file because of permission settings which is weird because I am log-in in administrator mode.
Other Sofo installer for other programs like VV3, have no similar problem with the same machine.
I thought the installer was corrupt but when I tried it on another PC with XP home on it, it workded.
