How to open a MP3 file in Sound Forge 6.0a.

Just click on File, click on Open and then locate the file in the proper directory. The little window labeled as "Files of type" should be set for mp3.

But when i do this i got an meesage "The plugin is not available in the sound forge beta to read this file. the release version will allow you to obtain a plugin that will read this file. In mys system Sound Forge 6.0a (Build 150) is installed. Which is available on this website for download. Now tell me how to do this.

Did you uninstall the beta version before installing the release version? You may have to uninstall both, then reinstall the 6.0a version.

I don't install the beta version never in my system.
