Subject:Burn VCD.

I am trying to get surround effect on a VCD.
I am using SE and Nero to burn my VCD`s and i use Flash to create my own openingscene and i want to get some surround effect in but all i get is a lot of noise but no music.
Who can help me or is trying also ?

An ac3 audio track sounds like noise unless you run it through a Dolby decoder.
