Is it possible to separate out (and I mean completely) a AC3 file. In other words if its a file say that has music, dialogue and sound effects...is there a way to pull out each one with no overlap? Does anyone have any ideas or comments if this is possible? thanks. |

Currently there is no possible way of actually editing/removing certain aspects of an audio file in this manner. This is heavily due to the way the audio frequencies of these sounds share and mix with each other. Certain companies have *tried* to create plug-ins that would allow for this type of removal (like vocal reduction), but will fail for the most part due to this. |
