For some reason, the default file save is a compressed format. I have to select NTSC DV for normal USA video format save. I could not find anything in the help files that addresses the correct file format to save in. Since I was upgrading from SF 4.5 (which didn't have these file save options), I was originally confused when I got the message "File saved in a compressed format". So, a word to the wise.
