Subject:No SHOW WAVE in SF 6.0 Graphic Fader, why?

Appologies if this has been talked about before.

The new soundforge is great and a great perfomance boost over 5.0.

Though, why for instance can I not get a graphic view of the wave file in the graphic fader?

The help file says it's not possible if the selction is greater than 300.000 samples but this worked in 5.0 and I use it a lot as a pre-mastering step, to take some of the edges off.

Anyone know if this will be remedied or if there is a workaround?

If you are refering to the fade-in fade-out,(graphic) function, for some reason it will only display about 2 or 3 seconds that is high-lighted of a mono file, if it is more, it displays nothing. I find this annoying also. ????????

Can anyone at Sonic explain this? Is this a bug, or, just the way things are.
