you would need a separate file for the guitar, vocals, bass and drums, which is essentially what you are asking for... :)

Sorry - there's no way to isolate instruments from a mix. You need the original "multitrack version".

So excuse me but is there a solution to increase or decrease volume of the voice or of the bass ?

You can try EQ but that's basically it.

If your just wanting the vocals, try and find out if the acapella is available. There are 1000's of songs out there whos vocals are available in the pure format that wouldnt normally think is available. Ive got 100's of acapellas by famous artists, and there not that hard to get hold of.

Just use your common sense when looking for them.

I found the Acapella to Rush's "YYZ" and Joe Satriani's "Satch Boogie", I'm still looking for the instrumentals though, if anyone can find them let me know. These have to be the cleanest vocals ever recorded though.
