The problem is that when im copying pasting or what ever, the system haults for about 1.5 seconds before it begins the task and its very annoying. Ive tried sound forge 4.5 and this wasnt a problem at all, it ran perfectly on winxp but XP studio is worse? The problem continues no matter which setting i use, it still haults. It does complete its task very quickly, but when im making lots of adjustments and tests it gets on my nerves. Is there a setting where i can make soundforge use more ram or something to improve its performance? This is the only program i use that has any problems at all. I can run Adobe programs perfectly, i can edit huge video files without any performance problems. Anyone got any ideas? Thanx in advance.
