Subject:Disappearance of Direct X plug-ins in SF 5.0

Does anyone know why I'd lose my whole Direct X plug-in menu and plug-ins from SF 5.0 after downloading and installling the Batch Converter 5.0b, build 156? I thought maybe the installation put the plug-ins into the BC, but they're not listed there, either. Please Help!!!! Thx, K2
