Subject:why it adds silence?

When I make a loop with sound forge everything looks fine at the beginning but when I save it and open with Acid it just adds a liitle bit of silence in front of the loop and it sounds bad :( And sometimes the tempo changes too.What's wrong?What should I do?Help me ppl.
