Is anyone else having problems opening impulse files. My computer won't recognise the files as a Zip or any other type!
Answers on a postcard etc!

try renaming them from "Unknown" to filename.exe (I think the Acoustic Mirror Impulses are self-extracting zips).

Maaan, this is a basic thing!
You need some application to unzip the ZIP files! You can use anything like FreeZip, PowerArchiver, WinRAR, WinAce, WinZip, etc.
The first two are free. Just use a search engine like www.google.com, and you should find them!
After unziping files, it would be good to put them to the Sound Forge folder under Program Files directory, but anywhere will do, as long as you point to them.
Once you extract these ZIP files, you will have hundreds of SFI files (Sonic Foundry Impulse). Those are the ones the Acoustic Mirror will recognize and use!
