I'm totally new at this. I have a voice file that I've recorded and I want to put it back on to a CD that I can play on any CD player. Is there a certain file type that I need to save it as. I did it as the default .wav file and that doesn't play back on a normal CD player. Thanks |

You need to burn it in Redbook format in order to hear it on a CD player (unless your CD player recognizes MP3). You can burn audio in Vegas or get another program, like Easy CD Creator -- you lay out your waves, and it will burn the playable CD for you. If you have a CDRW, it should have come with a basic program to do this. |

In other words, you need to make an Audio disc, not a Data disc. |
