Subject:SF could have Group Song Normalization...

So here is a suggestion:
While checking Cool Edit Pro2.0 I noticed it has a quite useful "Group Waveform Normalization". This command allows you to get a complete set of wave songs and normalize (RMS) together so that you can burn a CD with roughly the same loudness (including a mid frequency emphasis option) in all tracks.
Since we can do it song by song and compare the statistics to achieve this goal, why not get this possibility in SF as well?

They do have this, its called Batch Converter.

Sorry about my ignorance, but can Batch converter AUTOMATICALLY perform RMS normalization in all files based on a RELATIVE loudness, so that some files (the orginally louder ones) have reduced settings and the quieter ones get louder settings producing a final equal loudness result in all files? I thought we could only do it manually. Can Batch Converter automatically select which normalization to apply to each file? That is what Group Waveform Normalization does...

Sure it can. Select RMS normalization and choose a level. Those files below that level will be raised up to it, and those files above that level will be lowered down to it.

OK, that is exactly what I meant:
In Batch Converter YOU HAVE TO SELECT THE LEVEL and then it does the normalization of all the files, whereas the group waveform normalize command AUTOMATICALLY FINDS THE LEVEL, based on the existing relative loudness in all files. It is just one step further in automation than our Batch Converter, that is why I suggested something like it could be implemented in SF (and/or Batch Converter for that matter). The automatic level selection is entirely based on the statistical data of the files (the same statistics SF also can get) and by default it probably raises the level of the quieter file to something around the maximum possible (checking for clipping using a slight limiting procedure) and lowers the others to end up with a hopefully OPTIMUM RMS level for the batch. Altogether it is a three step procedure: select whitch files to apply, get the statistics of all of them and finally normalize to the SUGGESTED RMS level.
Just a suggestion I had, anyway...
