Subject:Extract regions saves previously deleted regions !?

I just got SF6 - beautiful. And I love the auto-regions detection. The problem is that I go through the regions, delete some that I don't want (double-click to highlight the region, then hit "delete"), then go to "extract regions". Here the list shows all the regions - inlcding the ones I've manually deleted. I save anyway and get masses of empty (ie 1K) files. Of course I can just delete them in expolorer, but this seems a bit clumsy.

Any guidance please ?

On reflection this is probably just my own stupidity. I think I was deleting only one side of the region marker and creating "dead zones". More fiddling required....
