I'm encoding MPEG-1 with a Dazzle DVC II PCI. They play fine.
I load them into Video Factory and do a little editing - adding fades & stuff.
I Make Movie and save it as an MPEG-1 with a little extra compression. The files play fine from Windows Explorer on the edit system.
When I burn the files to a CD-R and bring them to another PC, I double click on the file name in Windows explorer and the machine seems to load the clip, but Media Player 7 gets stuck. It says "playing " but all I see is the first frame.
I can drag the slider later into the file and see the picture.
If I bring it to a third PC and play it under Media player 6.4, it plays picture but no sound.
Any suggestions out there?
