Subject:speed and pitch

How can I change the pitch without changing the speed of the song? An extreme example, if I want to take a Celine Dion song and change to make Barry White be able to sing it in his pitch. I've got Sound Forge 5

Effects, Pitch, Shift. Check the Preserve duration box.

I'm not sure if XP has this though. It might only have Pitch Bend and not shift.
