Okay, I've managed to get the screen capture into VF (turned out I needed a special CODEC to view it). The screen cam capture is 1024 x 768 2fps. I want to output to something like 512 x 384 2FPS Windows Media V8 file.

When I go to render video I get standard "templates" with the size and frame rate, but I cannot see anywhere to change this. Any Ideas?
