Sound Forge 5 can't read the last seconds of my MP3 file -Sound Forge - PC

When I play this file with any player like Winamp .... this file is played o.k. But when I try edit this sound with Sound Forge, the last seconds (about 3 secs) didn't read. What's the problem????? I've got enough space free on my hard disk, I've got a Pentium IV 1.7ghz, 512mb ram (PC800), Creative Audigy mp3+ Sound card. Please give me your advices asap! Thanks in advance!!! Tyro.
