Subject:Unsupported Format CDA

I am having a problem creating an audio CD. The files are 44,100 16 bit stereo PCM wav. I have burned the CD from two different applications, and have examined and re-saved the files from SF5, SF6, and Vegas Video. After burning, Windows Media Player reports that the CDAs are in an unsupported format, and SF cannot open them off the CD either.

Any ideas????
