Subject:Sound Forge 4.0 Win2K Pro problem

Anyone having trouble loading Sound Forge 4.0 using Win2K? I've upgraded to a newer and faster computer. Can't get 4.0 to load correctly. My new system is a 1.9 Pen4, 80 gig raid with 512 ram. Probably operator error..just thought I'd ask.
Thanks for any suggestions or comments.

I don't, but I would do yourself a big favor and upgrade to 6.0 It's awesome.
