Subject:any way to import a cuesheet into a regions list?

I have a bunch of 24-bit material that I dither down to 16 bit for cds. In the process, I always save a cuesheet for the wav file using cdwav.

Is there anyway to import this list into an sfl so I can track out the original 24-bit file? I'd like to use a simple text editor, but when I open up .sfl's in notepad, I see a bunch of non-text characters, which scares me!
