I am useing Easy CD Creator with Sound Forge 5, When I burn a CD I have the option to record Disc at once or track at once and this seems to be working ok. It seems to me from what you are all saying it is Sound Forge 5 that determins the record mode and not the burner its self, the burner I use is an LG. Geoff. |

Actually it's both, but most burners support DAO, where some didn't in the past. |

Whatever software you use to do the burning will determine the burn mode. If you burn your CDs with Easy CD Creator, then Sound Forge has nothing to do with the process. By all means, use DAO whenver possible for audio CDs. The problem with Sound Forge is that it doesn't support DAO. But, since you're using other software for burning, this won't matter to you. |
