Problem with saving artist name? -Sound Forge - PC

The option to do this is in the Tools menu (Extract Audio From Cd) Anyway when I go to save them, I click on the summery button and I typed in the Artist name and title, but when I go to play the mp3 files in Winamp, the title shows up but the artist name displays as unknown. I’ve tried using the extended summery buttons also. Is there some other place that this info needs to be typed in to have the Artist name saved with the mp3 file? By the way, not sure if this matters but I am saving the mp3 file in (96kbps near cd quality)
