Subject:SF6, Beta 2 and Snap to zero

I'm running Windows XP Pro. I'm also testing SF6, Beta 2. Snap to zero doesn't work properly. Highlighting doesn't follow through to the zero crossing points. If I could attach a jpg here I'd show you. Yes, I have the snap to zero option checked. Does anyone know of a fix for this?
