Just curious as to how I can record my voice onto a track without it sounding so shitty and unbalanced. (voice way louder than track) yes i am a newbie but i am NOT gonna ask HOW TO TAKE VOCALS OUT cause with sound forge it cant be done. Although if anyone knows of a program that has full range capabilties to do so i would greatly appreciate atleast a name of a good program. |

You may want to look in to Vegas to record your voice along with other tracks, it allows you to adjust the volume of each track independently. As to the second part of your post ... there are NO programs or even a manual way to cleanly remove a vocal from a mix. There are techniques which come close, but the end result is usually crap. |

there is a plugin for sound forge to remove vocals from a track but the result usualy sucks. it's made by analogx and is just called vocalremover. |

With SF-5 you get a scaled down version of Vegas and it's functional. I don't know if SF-6 will include it. Vegas Video has the same tools as Vegas Audio did. |
