SF 5 and Win 2k Save As problems -Sound Forge - PC

Hi, I recently upgraded my machine at work to a P4 running Win 2k Pro and also installed the latest SF 5 update. I'm having intermittent problems when trying to "Save As" when needing to overwrite a file without changing a name, particularly over the network. Most of the time I get a "this file is already in use" message (if you then go to that file in Windows, you can edit, delete, rename, whatever). Other times you might get a "make sure there is enough space on the drive) type message (30 gig not enough for a 200 kb file?). Save as works fine when there is no file of the same name. I do a lot of sound effects work and it's incredibly annoying to have this happen so constantly.
