Subject:Sound Forge not even opening

When i open SoundForge 5.0 it will not open it will stay scanin for audio plugins and then the not responding screen will pop out what do i do???Help???!! its says forge.exe not responding nor rundll32.exe neither help pls!!!!

Scan for viruses, run scandisk, then reinstall SF.
