I saw that MV10; read the info and I still can't work out why I'd want it?

Thanks for the heads up. Could be very useful in Win10 as there is no WMP.

Just loaded onto W7 and all the file types I use open and play when dragged onto the 'zoom' icon. Now to trial it on W10

Thanks DG

Thx for the heads up! I had ZoomPlayer back in the day for my first HTPC, but had let the updates lapse.
Great piece of software.

Some ppl use it instead of or in addition to VLC.

Will it play commercial blu-ray discs?

Don't overlook MPC-HC as a free alternative.

"Could be very useful in Win10 as there is no WMP."

I'm still successfully using WMP 12.0.10011.16384 on the very latest Windows 10, and I have reset it as my default player for MP3 etc., which "Groove Music" came in and hijacked at each update. I usually use VLC for most video formats.

I still use VLC for everything video/audio.

Is there anything truly better yet? Free, fast, small, simple, more formats?

( I realize Zoomplayer may be of a different use)
