When I tried to upgrade to Win 10, SF11didn't transfer. I reverted to Win 7 but the program was damaged. Now it will not uninstall..."DLL missing" and I can't reinstall it until the old is removed. Thoughts?

From one Rick to another... use a third-party uninstaller., my fav is 'Revo', which removes left over reg entries and such as well. That said, multiple versions of SF can coexist in the same PC w/o issues,

Just curious, but have you actually tried reinstalling it? Or do you just think you can't until the previous is uninstalled? It *should* install over the old installation just fine.

Yes, I've tried reinstalling SF many times but always get the message that I must remove the previous installation. When I try to uninstall, I get the message that a DLL is missing and to contact my vendor.
