Subject:Soft Synth plug-in "ARIA for ACID Pro"
Date:12/31/2014 8:11:57 AM

Error when loading the Aria .acd version of 'Just So You Know - ARIA Version.acd'.

1st time opening this acd and subsequent loads. New install with all perceptible updates, licensing from all addons. Windows 8.1 pro x64 as admin.

No sound, but I do not have MIDI running, so that might be why its silent.

Does something have to be re-installed after all of the Acid, Garritan Aria player, Native and other addon updates?

Sorry no pics to attach but Acid is version 7.0e (Build 713).

It will load after the error which states:
An error occurred while loading the project file Just So You Know - ARIA Version.acd. An error occurred when loading a plug-in or plug-ins. The plug-in(s) specified are not installed on this system.

Details:
The Soft Synth plug-in "ARIA for ACID Pro" was not found or did not load properly.

Did you ever find a solution for this problem. I was able to install everything yesterday, but Aria is not recognized in the add new SoftSynths dialog. If it is somehow invisibly there I can't tell. I went to the Garritan site and listened to what it's supposed to sound like. It was incredible. But I'm still getting typical unacceptable midi noises from Acid. I put the Aria SLL in every possible place in the Acid folders, but it is still not recognized. Any ideas?

Still errors after update to Win 10 x64. I still have not found a fix.

Re-installed Garrtitan Aria for Acid Pro Player from http://www.sonycreativesoftware.com/download/updates/acidpro

Ran ok, but error persisted.

Searched here again but just the words 'ARIA for Acid Pro 7'

Hmm, what about this? Have you rescanned you VST folder? Back in the Plug-In Manager window again, there's a button on the upper-right that says "Configure VST" when you hover over it.

Click on that. Then in the window that pops up, click the "Scan" button. (I don't think you have to have the folder path highlighted, but you could click on it just in case.)

2. Completed this rescan step and saved when closing (earlier I always said No) and restarted Acid project 'Just So You Know - ARIA Version'.

No more error.
