Sony Vegas Causing Saturation and Pixelation.

So, I've been attempting to render out this video for the past 3 days, Every time I render it, it comes out extremely saturated. It also has a pixelation when ever the camera moves at a high speed. I have disabled resample so I'm no longer sure what the problem is... I've watched literally every Youtube tutorial. Please help... :(

These are the videos properties: https://gyazo.com/680c2b624943d6e35dd924c27d652219
This is what im rendering it as: https://gyazo.com/a9cdb14f5ee2b18e2cc89390e05a706c

Vider After Render: https://gyazo.com/2584217db12ca24feb095ad74a8b036d Although you cannot see the blur as it is a still image, I ensure you it's their once the camera moves.

May not be the problem, but the first thing I see is your project is an odd resolution. It is not an HD resolution, try adjusting that to see if anything changes.

Just tried changing it to 1920x1080 instead of 1920x1018... No Difference, pixelation and saturation still occur.

The saturation change is most likely caused by rendering Computer RGB footage to a Studio RGB format without an appropriate conversion. Add a Levels filter as an output FX.

Pixelation may be caused by an insufficient bit rate. Switch to variable bit rate mode. If that doesn't help, use two-pass rendering. If that doesn't help, increase your bit rates.

Which Levels filter would you recommend?

Disable "Adjust source media to better match project or render settings" in project settings. I probably makes Vegas to increase source image a bit.

Take a look at media properties of source video in media pool. In media tab make sure Vegas doesn't set Field order from none to something else.

In every video event on timeline select Disable resample in event properties.

Try it out. There should be a couple of black bars in top/bottom areas.

Please provide MediaInfo report (better select text view and copy/paste as text) for video source. It's possible your "pixels" are related to codec you are using to capture game screen. What program do you use for screen capture?

The standard "Sony Levels" filter. Use the "Computer RGB to Studio RGB" preset.

I don’t know about the pixelation, but when your project settings ask for an ACES transform but your source footage is not in the ACES format, Vegas seems to make everything extremely saturated. At least Vegas 12 does. So, check your project settings and make sure the ACES transform is turned off.
