Subject:Midi Editor for ACID Pro? Posted by: Silamanagic Date:5/19/2015 10:15:57 PM Is it possible to install an alternative Midi Editor in ACID? I'm not terribly impressed with the Midi Editor in ACID, which is a bummer for me as I do a lot of midi drum programming requiring me to do a lot of minor adjusting of notes to create a more human sounding drum line. The one thing that is particularly frustrating is adjusting the velocity of midi notes. The slider doesn't respond well, is hard to see, and when multiple notes are occurring at the same time it's near impossible to adjust the one I want. Any advice would be appreciated!

There is also the per-clip editor, which will provide a more traditional Piano Roll and List Editor. Right click on the clip on the timeline and select Clip Properties to open. Peter

No, ACID does not permit installation of alternate MIDI editors.

I provides in in-line MIDI Editor.
