Subject:In 2.5 "save as" doesn't retain last setting

like SF always has on Windows. Am I missing a setting somewhere?
Will they ever fix Timestretch? I'm a bit tired of having use my windows machine or my old mac with Peak Pro to do such mundane tasks as slowing down audio.
Anybody?
