Vegas Pro 12 to Resolve 11 Pro question

Hello,
I have yet to find a workable workflow for taking a large Vegas project to Davinchi Resolve and back.
Is anyone currently doing large projects in VP12 and successfully moving them to Resolve for CC and then getting them back to VP?
Is anyone using VP13, for this issue, with success?
I would really appreciate any advice or suggestions.

I am, but I begin in Resolve, correct the footage then move it to Vegas as an intermediate, I don't do the round trip.

GeeBax,
Thanks for the reply.
That is what I've done in the past, as well, and looks like what I will be doing again.
When you say intermediate, do you mean as a proxy vegas file or is there a better step?

I am pretty old school in this regard, I prefer to import my camera footage into Resolve and grade it, then pass it on to Vegas for editing as a high quality intermediate, I do not use proxies. This goes back to my earlier days of grading film and then straight to an edit.

It is also done because my footage is either RAW from the Blackmagic Pocket Camera or a GoPro Hero4 in 2.7K, and Vegas does not handle either of them very well. I scale the Hero4 footage to 1080 after grading and then export everything as Quicktime uncompressed YUV 4:2:2 10 bit.

Vegas handles the Quicktime files very well and then I simply finish the project in Vegas and deliver it from there.
