So I downloaded the manual PDF. I like to read thru things. The first page of chapter 2 shows the vegas pro window from version 11. You would think this would have been important since they moved the editing tools to the bottom in 13.

How about the current release notes for Vegas 13, bullet point 4 of known issues. "...Enable track buffering check box in Vegas Pro 12.... "

I think we get virtual prize tickets. As soon as I get 5000 I'm going to the prize counter and redeem them for a stuffed bear :)

As soon as I receive my virtual prize ticket I will exchange it for a working support ticket. Mine seems stuck, its been over a week with no response :(
