Disc Status: No device

I'm receiving this in both CD Architect 5.2d, build 240 and Sound Forge 9.0e, build 441.

When I try to burn to a CD, both programs tell me that the Disc Status is No Device and my disc burner is not listed as a device. Yet, I can go into Windows Explorer, drag a file onto the disc burner and burn a disc. I can then play the file back from that disc.

I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling CD Architect and get the same results.

Go to Properties, select "Generic" as your burner type, and restart your computer. If it doesn't work, post back with your player model and firmware version.
