Subject:Receive 12057 error when attempting to register SF

Hi there,

I've tried to register SF9 a couple times and I receive the error:

---------------------------------------------
Unable to connect to the Registration Server.
Error 12057: It was not possible to connect to the revocation server or a definitive response could not be obtained.

Please verify that your computer's date is set correctly, and click Retry to try again.
-------------------------------------------

I had tried this a couple months ago and presumed this was a temporary issue. I tried again, today.

Thanks for any help,

Michael

Disable antivirus, dump your cookies, and try again.
If that doesn't work, contact Customer Service.

Thanks,

I tried disabling antivirus and dumping cookies.

I tried registering via the website and received a -41 error from multiple computers.

I've started a support ticket.

Best,

Michael

Give customer service a call, they were always friendly and accommodating... at least in my experience.

The -41 error just means you've used up the normal number of authorizations for that serial number.

Get in touch with customer service, they can fix that for you.
