DVD Title

When I make a Menu Bassed DVD and put say 3 Titles on my DVD they all work good.

So when I put the DVD in the Player the Menu opens and I pick what Title I want to play.

But one thing I would like to get rid of if I can.

When you are in the DVD Menu you can see all your Titles and move to each one but each time you move to a diferant Title it gets Highlighted.

Is there a way just to have it not Highlight each Title and just may be put a Line or Dot under each Title as you move through it?

There are many ways to indicate the selected video asset and which one will be activated by the enter button of your set-top player remote.
There are default methods, which come up with for example text highlights, as well as underline method and others. When you are authoring clik on a button to reveal the button properties menu in a dialogue box window. Choose the method for highlight type.

There are many custom options to get highlight styles in other ways but it would take a small volume of a book to go into these advanced features.

On the Panel to the right of your preview screen are your HIGHLIGHT options. Play with those to see what you can achieve.

Buttons can be 'anything', the text as you have now, a graphic (a dot, arrow, whatever) next to the text, or underline (I think DVDA does that).

To use something other than the text, put the text in the background (as part of the background) or as an entry in DVDA. When using a graphic indicator, I usually make the Normal state transparent and use the Selected state to indicate which button is active. I sometimes have the Activated state as transparent as well because it goes by so quickly that it us usually not noticed.

The easiest way to have something other than the text is to create the menu in PhotoShop and use the required naming for the item to be the button. That makes the alignment much easier to do.

Hope this helps.
