...copyright symbol...

I'm building a credit roll at the end of my short video.
Not using the credit roll template, but making a series of overlapping clips.
I need the copyright symbol ASCII code (ALT+184). . . in my title.
It does not work in Vegas Pro 9, 64-bit...

Anyone have a trick to get it in there. . .?

I can place a symbol image in a separate layer -
but that solution would get a bit tedious. . . (grin)

Thanks for any feedback, guidance, recommendations, or suggestions. . . (wink)

Until that time ... Earl J.

I just copy/paste from Word for those kinds of symbols as well as accented characters.

Ha! I just did that myself about 30 minutes ago. I searched around until I found a how-to on-line, then I typed it in Word and copied it into the credit roll.

Here are a few suggestions on how to actually create the symbol:

I just go to Character Map in Accessories | System Tools and there it is.

ALT+0169 © is the proper code to use.
