NewBlue Titler Crash Vegas 12 on Startup ???

I installed a new version of Vegas 12, starts up fine. Then installed the NewBlue Sony Version Titler that comes with the package, registered the product on install then went to start Vegas. CRASH. I still have V11 on my system as a safety and that won't start either now. I uninstalled NB Titler and all is well. No problems.

Would like to get it going. Will try the shutdown and re-boot and reinstall, but anyone else run into the issue?

Sandy, I don't know why that would happen. Please start a help ticket at newbluefx.com and we'll certainly try to figure out what is happening.

Restarted, reinstalled and all looking good so far!

I have the same problem. I just upgraded to Movie Studio Platinum 12 and it runs fine until I try to use NewBlueFX titler. I've uninstalled it and reinstalled it and it still crashes EVERYtime I try to use titler. Any other ideas? I'm on a 64-bit system.
