Ok so im a long time user of Soundforge and particularly SF8.0d..

I have done a long DJ mix of continuous tracks - I have never done this before but how do I put in markers so that the tracks will be indexed in a CD when burnt?

I have put a marker in and clicked on it and gone into EDIT

If i rename this with the track and under TYPE : turn this into a Region, will this burn ok in CD Creator (a 3rd party burning software I use on that computer) and will index and name all the tracks?

Sorry i have never had cause to do this style of cd naming on a straight long track before, or do I have to burn in SF for it to recognise these regions?

Thanks

Select the region you want for the CD track. Probably the easiest way to do that is double-click between two markers to highlight the region. Press N (or Insert / CD track) to create the CD track. A darker grey area appears at the bottom of the timeline. Repeat this for the other tracks. You can drag the track starts and ends around to adjust them if you wish.
