Plugin for light rays-like effect

I remember seeing a couple of years ago a plugin that was similar to the light rays effect in that it would add a sparkle to white lights. It came with one or two other effects and I think it was made for a guy that worked for or used to work for Sony. Can anyone point me to where it is? I can't find it.

May not be what you're talking about but, proDAD Vitascene has it.

Vegas 11 has "Glint" which will add a star-burst / sparkle to "over threshold" highlights.

Is that the effect you're asking about?

Hey Cheroxy, you're talking about velvet matter, this was acquired by sony and built into every version 10 and above I think.

I could be wrong about the version, but now there's Sony Rays, Glint, soft contrast (I think), and maybe one more, I can't remember. Great quality fx, nice to have them built in too.

You guys are right, it is Glint/Starburst. I remember hearing how it was acquired in version 10 now that you mention it.

Funny how after using it for so many years and then only periodically lately that I didn't even notice it there as I looked over them when I used color corrector, punch, etc.
