Video output is black

I've just uploaded to youtube and the video is empty. Just black and no sound. this is not the first time its happened. It seems to be an erratic occurence. I've tested with turning all plugins off and thought I had it sorted but not it seems. Any ideas ?

Has anyone else had this happen ? i exported a wmv file and its fine.

The logical question is, What did it look like before you posted it to YouTube? What do you see if you render it as a WMV or an MOV file?

Before I uploaded to youtube I was getting blank video . I thought it was either NewBlue or MBL causing it as they were on when I exported. I did tests with them both on, both off and one off and one on. With them off it exported fine so i thought that was it. I've just rendered to a MOV and its fine. The youtube export file on my PC is blank. I've rendered out many formats as tests and I dont think this is just a youtube problem.
