NB Titler Pro Question

I have several generated text events on a VP11 timeline. They are on the top level with a nested video underneath. The first ones are working fine with a "falling" transition, but later ones have no visible falling. They just pop on.

It may be my fault, but I pulled on the event to make it longer. Then it started repeating (the text came on and off and restarted) so I adjusted the length within the Titler timeline itself. Now I can't get these stretched text events to play with the transition no matter what.

Ideally I would just read a user guide, but the only help I can find is online within the application help. Any ideas on how to fix the broken text and, even better, where to find a manual? Will NB support help the Sony users who received an OEM version?

If you pre-render that section, it still won't drop in? In resizing the clip, did you accidentally remove the beginning of the clip? If you delete the transition on the front and re-add it, will it work then?

I did delete the front of at least one of these broken events. I am able to copy the text and create a new media event that works. VP11 is crashing pretty frequently so I didn't spend much time troubleshooting.

I have updated the video drivers and installed the latest Titler Pro. Still looking for more of a user manual.
