OT: Looking for a motorized pan/tilt head

I work part time for a small "mom-n-pop" TV station that just recently replaced all their studio gear for HD stuff. The new cameras are mounted on Bescor MP-101 pan/tilt heads. The two smaller cameras are fine, but the two larger ones (I don't recall the model...) are proving too heavy for the Bescors, especially with a few pieces of extra hardware bolted on (LCD monitors, tally lights, etc.).

I'm trying to find a head that can handle about 10-12 pounds of camera and is speed adjustable.

Any recommendations?

This one is ok because it can attach to a jib or tripod quick service as wel.

Up to 20 lbs capacity. I have many of their products, all are extremely well built. I don't own this one, but I know they put a ton of effort to develop it.
