By observing a little more closely I was able to determine that the following settings were different: Video Tab: Check "Insert sequence header before every GOP" Advanced Video Tab: Set "VBV buffer size" to 224 System Tab: Check "Save as separate elementary streams" NOTE: I deleted the original posting because I figured out the solution just a few minutes after posting and didn't see that someone had responded until after I had already deleted the post. My question was how to duplicate the "DVD NTSC Video Stream" preset in Vegas 10 that allowed me to render files compatible with Apple's DVD Studio Pro.
