V11 trimmer oddity

I have installed V11 (64bit).

I load a clip into the trimmer but it only displays the wave form. Then I press <Space> to play through the clip and it shows as I expect, with video and waveforms all displaying and moving as i am used to seeing. When I press stop, it reverts back to only displaying the waveform.

Looked around for settings, nothing obvious that I can see.

Am I missing something?

Right-click in the trimmer window and check the "Show Video Frames" option at the bottom.

Thanks for the feedback. I tried that, and every permutation of other options, to no avail.

Did find the solution though: I was using a custom window layout, so i set the layout back to default and expected behaviour was restored.

Returned to my custom layout and everyhting still good.

So, the trimmer was obviously just put into some funny state, which was then later corrected by resetting to default.

So, all is good.
